
Chicken salad
Description
Perfect for everyday meals. Chicken meat with delicious Mexican sauce and fresh vegetables, served in a freshly baked Mexican tortilla—it's heaven on earth, believe me. It's hard to imagine a tastier salad. I won't waste time on adjectives and descriptions, but instead will tell you right away. Garnish to taste and serve.

Shred the cooked chicken breast (preferably baked or grilled, but boiled is also fine) into fibers.

We cut all the vegetables and greens into small cubes and place them in a salad bowl.

In a separate bowl, mix the spicy pepper paste (available in supermarkets, or you can make your own by blending hot peppers in a blender), mayonnaise, lemon or lime juice, salt, and pepper.

Mix the vegetables, sauce, and chicken in a salad bowl.
