Description

Perfect for everyday meals. "Lazy herring under a fur coat" is quicker and slightly easier to prepare than the classic version. In this version, you can grate the ingredients on a grater. However, in my opinion, it's not very tasty when mixed together. It's much better to finely chop all the ingredients, season with mayonnaise, and mix. Garnish as desired and serve.

    Prepare the ingredients for making the salad.

    Boil the potatoes. Cool, peel, and cut into cubes. I had small potatoes, the amount of which equaled two large ones.

    Boil the carrots, then cool and peel them. Cut into cubes. Hard boil the eggs, then cool and peel them. Finely chop. Add the carrots and eggs to the salad.

    Finely chop the green onion and add it to the salad. Boil the beet, cool it, peel it, and slice it like the carrot and potato.
