Salad
Description
When I have fresh vegetables and fruits in my fridge, I immediately make a dish like this. That's what's great about it—you can always experiment with different ingredients and dressings. This time, I chose an unusual combination of Chinese cabbage with kiwi, pear, and apple. Give it a try! You'll be pleasantly surprised by the taste.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Wash the Chinese cabbage and finely chop it.
- 2
Step 2

Grate the peeled carrots on a large grater or a grater for Korean-style carrots.
- 3
Step 3

In a salad bowl, combine the carrots and cabbage. Salt the vegetables, then mix well and press down to release the juice.
- 4
Step 4

Peel the kiwi and cut into small pieces.
- 5
Step 5

Grate the pear and apple, preferably without the skin, using a Korean carrot grater or a coarse grater. Sprinkle them with lemon juice.
- 6
Step 6

Add all the fruits to the vegetables. Mix the salad, adding pepper and olive oil.
- 7
Step 7

You can garnish the finished salad with kiwi slices.
