Instructions

Step 1

1. The secret of this salad lies in the sauce. To prepare it, mix soy sauce, vinegar, oil, and sugar together. Mix as thoroughly as possible until the sugar is almost completely dissolved.

Step 2

2. Wash the cabbage leaves and dry them. Tear them by hand and fluffily place them at the bottom of the plate on which we will serve the salad. Boil the chicken and let it cool. Cut into thin, but large pieces. By the way, boiled chicken can be substituted with another type, for those who prefer it.

Step 3

3. Add the chicken to the cabbage. Slice the pepper into very thin pieces. Try to remove all the tiny seeds, as they are the spiciest. Add the pepper to the salad as well.

Step 4

4. Now cut the carrots into thin strips (choose young and sweet ones) and chop the green onion. Add everything to the salad and mix.

Step 5

5. Now simply pour our oriental sauce over the top, chill in the refrigerator for a couple of minutes—and the salad is ready to serve!
