Salad
Description
The recipe won't take much time. The "Swan's Fidelity" salad is probably one of the most romantic and festive salads. It looks beautiful on a holiday table, but I think this salad would be most appropriate for February 14th or March 8th. Either way, this dish deserves a place at any festive table. Besides, it's very tasty and filling, and not at all difficult to prepare. Serve it at the table.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

First, we'll make the swans. From two boiled eggs, cut off a small strip of the white to make tails for the birds. Set the eggs aside.
- 2
Step 2

Take a fresh egg, cut a "neck" out of it, and shape a "beak" from a piece of cooked carrot. Use peppercorns for the "eyes." Attach the beak to the neck with a toothpick. But don't forget to warn your guests about the toothpick :)

Step 3

Take the eggs we set aside, make small cuts for the tail and wings. Cut the wings out of the leftover parts of another egg.
- 4
Step 4

Slice the onion into half-rings, add 1/2 tablespoon of sugar and vinegar. Mix well and let stand for about 15 minutes.
- 5
Step 5

Now let's prepare the salad. Cut two eggs and everything left over from preparing the swans into small cubes. Also, cut one carrot into cubes.
- 6
Step 6

Cut the boiled beef and pickled cucumbers into small pieces.
- 7
Step 7

In a bowl, mix all the salad ingredients: beef, cucumbers, eggs, carrots, beans, and pickled onions. Add mayonnaise and gently mix.
- 8
Step 8

Place the salad on a beautiful dish in the shape of a heart. Slice the carrot into half-rings and arrange them attractively around the sides of the salad.
- 9
Step 9

We assemble all the parts of the swans and connect them with toothpicks. The feet are made from carrots, and the hearts from red pepper.
- 10
Step 10

Place the birds on the salad and garnish the dish with dill. The "Swan's Fidelity" salad is ready.
