Minimum effort — excellent result. The classic recipe for "Laguna" salad includes your favorite seafood and a tasty mayonnaise-based dressing. In this version, the dish will be layered, more filling, and incredibly exquisite thanks to the addition of red caviar. Can be served immediately.

1. First, boil the potatoes in their skins until cooked through, then cool and peel. Hard-boil the eggs and peel them as well.

2. Bring water with bay leaf and peppercorns to a boil. Add the frozen shrimp to it. For the "Lagoon" salad recipe, squid can also be used.

3. Boil the shrimp for about 5 minutes after boiling, then remove from heat but leave in the water for another 10 minutes. After that, drain the shrimp in a colander.

4. Grease the baking dish or mold with a small amount of mayonnaise and place a portion of the shrimp.

5. Grate the potatoes on a fine grater and spread them evenly on top.
