Salad
Description
A simple dish to prepare. This chicken and prunes salad is layered and requires boiled chicken meat in advance. Additionally, soak the prunes beforehand and, after 20 minutes, cut them into pieces. It's best if the finished salad sits in the refrigerator for at least an hour. Serve chilled.

Step 1

1. This tender salad is based on chicken meat. You can use any part of the chicken you prefer. I'm not particularly fond of chicken breast, so I used two drumsticks. The meat should be boiled in advance and cooled.

Step 2

2. Peel the cucumber and cut it into strips; this will be our first salad layer. Don't forget to spread mayonnaise on each layer.

Step 3

3. Cut the chicken into pieces, making sure to separate the meat from the skin (do not use the skin). Place it as the second layer and again spread with mayonnaise.

Step 4

4. Soak the prunes in water in advance and leave for about 20 minutes until they soften.

Step 5

5. Then slice the prunes and place them as the third layer on top of the chicken.

Step 6

6. The eggs need to be peeled, then the whites separated from the yolks. Grate or finely chop the whites and place them as the next layer.

Step 7

7. Also spread mayonnaise on it.

Step 8

8. Finely chop the walnuts.
