Salad
Description
A simple dish to prepare. The "Crimean" salad is very easy to make. It's a quick recipe, perfect for when "guests are at the door." The list of ingredients is minimal, yet the dish turns out both delicious and healthy. It works well as a snack during the day or for those watching their figure. You can use any seasonal herbs; cilantro is used in the original recipe, while I used dill. Adjust according to your taste. Add salt and spices to taste. The salad has a pleasant level of spiciness, making it an excellent accompaniment to main dishes. Serve chilled.
