Description

It's colorful like autumn leaves, tasty and nutritious. It can be confidently served without a side dish, preferably with meat or fish, or simply enjoyed on its own. The salad is ready to serve.

1. Peel the pumpkin and cut it into small cubes. Peel the onion and chop it finely, then mince the garlic. Heat a skillet with olive oil and add the onion and pumpkin. Sauté for about 20 minutes. Add the garlic 2-3 minutes after cooking begins.

2. Rinse the quinoa, place the grain in a heated skillet and toast for 1 minute.

3. Pour the wine into the quinoa and evaporate for 2-3 minutes, then add the broth and cook for 15-30 minutes over low heat.
