First, boil the chicken fillet in salted water until fully cooked. Finely chop the mushrooms and simmer them. Then, on the plate where you plan to serve the "Cat" salad, draw the outline of a cat.

Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces. Peel the apple and grate it on a coarse grater, chop the walnuts. Place the chicken fillet, mushrooms, apple, and walnuts into a bowl, add mayonnaise, season with salt, and mix well. Arrange the salad along the edges.
