Salad
Description
The salad is quick and easy to prepare. For this salad, it's best to choose elongated radishes. You'll also need a sturdy basket, preferably weighted down with something. You can place a vase inside the basket and arrange the vegetable sticks in it. This salad will look especially attractive on an Easter table if you use freshly cut green grass instead of scallions. The salad is now ready to serve.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1
Wash the radish, celery, onion, cauliflower, and broccoli, then dry them on a paper towel.
- 2
Step 2
Place an onion or herbs in the basket or vase.
- 3
Step 3
Cut the celery stalks in half, if they are long, and also place them in the vase. They will strengthen the entire structure.
- 4
Step 4
On long wooden skewers, thread cauliflower and broccoli florets, adding them to the composition. It is desirable for the cauliflower and broccoli to be at the bottom of the bouquet.

Step 5
Skewer radishes onto sticks and add them to the other "flowers." To this bouquet, you can also add cherry tomatoes and small chili peppers.
