
Royal Salad
Description
Perfect for everyday dining. The Royal Salad is easy to prepare. Boil the potatoes and eggs, then grate them. Boil and peel the shrimp as well. Then layer all the ingredients, spreading each layer with mayonnaise. Top the Royal Salad with caviar. Decorate as desired and serve, and have a wonderful celebration!

1. Prepare all the ingredients. Thaw the shrimp. Boil the eggs and potatoes until done, then let them cool.

2. Peel the boiled eggs and potatoes.

3. Place a large pot of water over heat, add all the whole peppercorns, bay leaf, salt to taste, and bring to a boil.

4. As soon as the water boils, add the shrimp to it. By the way, you can put them into the pot while still frozen—just keep in mind that the cooking time will be longer.

5. Bring the shrimp to a boil, cook for about 4 minutes, then drain in a colander.

6. Prepare a beautiful salad bowl. First, "draw" a pattern on the bottom of the bowl by making a mayonnaise grid.

7. Peel the shrimp, cut them in half if they are very large, and divide the total quantity into two parts. Place one part into the salad bowl on top of the mayonnaise layer.
