
Salad
Description
The recipe won't take much time. The great thing about working with seafood is that they don't need prolonged cooking, so preparing the salad won't take long. You can serve the salad immediately without letting it sit. Squid go perfectly with fresh vegetables. Serve immediately.

I clean the squid, wash them thoroughly inside and out, and dry with paper towels. I slice the squid into thin rings (for garnish) and strips.

I put a pot of water on the stove and add salt. After it comes to a boil, I add the squid and cook for 2 minutes, then remove and let cool.

I boil the eggs and cool them, then peel and slice them into wedges (4-8 pieces).

I finely chop the cabbage, and grate the carrots and cucumbers on a Korean carrot grater.

I mix cabbage with cucumbers and carrots, add mayonnaise, salt and pepper to taste, and stir. Then I add corn and sliced squid, and mix again.

Place the salad on a serving dish and garnish with squid rings, boiled eggs, and parsley.
