Salad for chicken shashlik
Description
Minimum effort — excellent result. A great recipe for a vegetable salad that pairs perfectly with grilled meat. Dress the salad with sour cream or mayonnaise, as you prefer. For extra flavor, add boiled egg and green onion. Can be served immediately.

1. A great salad to go with homemade chicken shashlik. Even children enjoy eating it, especially outdoors.

2. Slice the radish. I like vegetables for vegetable salad to be cut into larger pieces. That's how I did with the radish.

3. Boil the eggs, let them cool in cold water, and cut into small cubes.

4. Chop the cucumber and green onion. Now mix all the ingredients. You can dress the salad with mayonnaise or sour cream—according to your taste.

5. Mix thoroughly and the salad is ready! You can eat it immediately or take it with you on a picnic, as it pairs perfectly with shashlik!
