Fish salad
Description
Perfect for an everyday table. If you're planning a fish day, I suggest serving this salad as an appetizer. It includes fish as well, but you can use just half a can—it will simply add a pleasant tang to the salad. With the main fish dish, it's better to serve fresh greens or vegetables, but enjoy this little salad as a starter before the hot meal. Garnish as desired and serve.
