Salad for pasta
Description
Perfect for everyday meals. Pasta is usually served with fresh vegetables and cheese, or with a green salad with a delicious dressing. Another option for serving pasta is with a warm salad. Such salads can be made with any meat or seafood. I suggest a recipe for a warm salad to go with pasta. This salad will especially please men, as it contains meat. 1. Prepare the sauce. Squeeze the juice of half a lemon into a small bowl, add chili sauce, soy sauce, and minced garlic (pressed through a garlic press). 2. Peel and wash the vegetables. Cut them into thin strips. Chop the parsley. 3. If you're preparing this salad for dinner, one chicken breast will be enough. For lunch, when the meal should be more filling, use two chicken breasts. Cut the chicken breast into strips and sauté in a heated pan with olive oil for about 5–7 minutes. 4. Add the prepared vegetables, sauce, salt, and chopped parsley to the chicken. Stir-fry for another 6–7 minutes. 5. Remove from heat, let cool slightly (since the salad should be warm), then serve with pasta. Garnish as desired and enjoy.
