Salad for cutlets
Description
Minimum effort — excellent result. You won't need any side dish with your cutlets when you have this salad! I usually boil beets in large quantities and use them as needed over the course of two weeks. Alternatively, you can buy pre-cooked beets. Sometimes I have leftover barley from breakfast. Use these ingredients, add a tasty dressing, and you're guaranteed a wonderful salad. Can be served right away.
