Description

First, boil the egg until hard-boiled. Peel off the shell and cut into small cubes or long strips.

Wash the fresh cucumber thoroughly under running water and cut it into cubes or julienne strips.

Open a can of canned mussels and drain the liquid. Add to cucumbers and eggs. Add a pinch of salt and lemon juice.

Dress the salad with herbs and mayonnaise, and add a pinch of ground black pepper if desired. Serve the salad with white wine.
