Description
The recipe won't take much time. I'll explain. Serve at the table.

Step 1

1. Prepare the necessary ingredients. Boil the eggs hard, cool them, and peel. Unlike chicken eggs, quail eggs can be placed directly into boiling water—this way their shells won't crack. Quail eggs should be boiled for 5 minutes to cook thoroughly.

Step 2

2. Separate the chicken eggs into whites and yolks. Grate the whites on a medium grater, finely chop the yolks with a knife. Cut the salmon fillet into small cubes. Peel the orange and remove the membrane from each segment. Cut the flesh into cubes. Slice the pitted green olives into thin rings. Grate the cheese.

Step 3

3. Layer the salad. 1st layer—half of the grated egg whites, covered with a small amount of mayonnaise; 2nd layer—yolks; 3rd–5th layers—half of the salmon, olives, remaining fish; 6th layer—orange; 7th layer—cheese, covered with mayonnaise.

Step 4

4. 8th — cover the remaining egg whites with a thin layer of mayonnaise.

Step 5

5. Cover the top of the salad with caviar and place a "pearl" made from a quail egg in the center. Let the salad sit for at least one hour (preferably 3-4 hours), then serve.
