Beet salad
Description
A simple dish to prepare. The "Izyuminka" salad is made with beetroot, carrots, raisins, prunes, cheese, and walnuts. Use mayonnaise for dressing—it turns out delicious. The combination of dried fruits and boiled root vegetables works perfectly, and the cheese complements all ingredients ideally. Serve chilled.
