Crab stick salad
Description
A simple dish to prepare. Beautifully presented food evokes strong emotions and an irresistible desire to taste it right away. Even if the dish is very simple, there definitely won't be any dissatisfied guests! Today I suggest making a "Hut" salad using crab sticks. This salad includes only crab sticks, cheese, and eggs, but thanks to its impressive presentation, it will become the highlight of your festive table. Moreover, the "Hut" salad is very tasty and easy to make. Serve chilled.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Boil the eggs in salted water until cooked.
- 2
Step 2

Grate the cheese on a fine grater.
- 3
Step 3

Finely chop the herbs and add them to the cheese.
- 4
Step 4

Season the filling with mayonnaise and mix well.
- 5
Step 5

Unwrap the imitation crab stick and place the filling on it. To easily unwrap the sticks, put them in a deep plate and pour boiling water over them completely. Of course, first remove the plastic packaging from each stick. Leave them in the boiling water for just 30-40 seconds, then drain the hot water. Let the sticks cool down.
- 6
Step 6

Roll the crab stick into a roll.
- 7
Step 7

Roll each stick into a roll and place seam side down. For the first level of the "little house," arrange 4 crab sticks. The second level will consist of three similarly stuffed crab sticks, the third level of two, and finally place the last stick on top.
- 8
Step 8

Brush the pyramid on the outside with mayonnaise.
- 9
Step 9

Peel the eggs and separate the whites from the yolks. First, place the grated egg white, then the yolk. To help the grated white stay firmly on the "roof," lightly spread mayonnaise over the top of the salad.

Step 10

The "Izba" salad made with crab sticks is ready.
