Green vegetable salad
Description
Minimum effort — excellent result. Fresh young greens and vegetables always lift your mood and spark a wonderful appetite. After eating a salad made from green vegetables, your spirits immediately rise and you feel a surge of energy. Although not everyone uses young zucchini raw in salads, it works perfectly in this recipe. Especially since it essentially marinates in lemon juice, becoming very tender in the salad with a pleasant, delicate flavor. You can also lightly sprinkle the young cabbage with lemon juice—this will only enhance its taste. Using grape seed oil gives the salad a special aroma, but you can use any vegetable oil if desired. Ready to serve immediately.
