Green onion salad

The recipe won't take much time. My favorite time of year is May and June. It's not about the good weather, but the fact that finally the first harvest sprouts at the cottage. The most anticipated newcomer for me is green onion. I don't wait for any other early vegetable with such impatience as I do for green onions. Of course, you can buy them in supermarkets all year round, or even find fresh ones at the market as early as April, but I deny myself this pleasure for the sake of a much greater one—to pick the first green onions from my own garden bed and prepare an incredibly delicious fresh salad from them. A salad made of green onions is unbelievably tasty, and if you were to place before me a plate of this salad and a bucket of red caviar, I'd definitely choose the bucket of caviar, sell it, buy a ton of green onions, and treat all my friends and companions to a salad made from them :) So, here's how to make it.
