
Salad with tongue, vegetables, and spicy dressing
Description
Minimum effort — excellent result. I cook pork tongues with spices and soy sauce. Once cooked, I rinse them with icy water and remove the skin. Then I return them to the hot spiced broth and let them cool in it. This way they turn out very juicy. They can be served immediately.

Finely chop the garlic and ginger, pour over soy sauce. Add oyster sauce, oil, syrup, and lemon juice. Mix well and add chili pepper and Chinese spice mix to taste. Let it steep for a while.

Peel the vegetables, rinse, and dry. Very thinly slice the radish and cucumber into rounds. Layer them on plates, alternating with thin rings of red onion and lightly drizzling with dressing.

Thinly slice the celery and chili pepper.

Layer the thinly sliced tongues, sprinkling with pepper and celery. Lightly drizzle with dressing as well.

Top the salad with fried sesame seeds, green onions, and garnish with celery leaves. Generously drizzle with dressing and let it sit for about 15 minutes in the refrigerator.
