Apple and banana salad

Description

This very light salad will appeal to lovers of fresh fruit. You can choose either sour or sweet apples—it doesn't really matter. I prefer sour ones, as they acquire a delicate, not overly sweet flavor when combined with sweet bananas and cream. It's best to use low-fat cream, which will serve as a sauce without weighing down the fruit. The orange will add a pleasant tangy note.
