Beet salad with cheese

Description
The salad is quick and easy to prepare. I'm eager to share my method with you. The salad is ready to serve.

Step 1
1. Wash the beet and boil until soft. It's best to do this in advance.

2. Cool the cooked beet, peel and cut into cubes.

3. Wash the arugula (or salad mix) and dry thoroughly.

4. Chop slightly and place in a salad bowl.

5. Add the green onion to the same place.

6. As well as parsley, dill, and any other herbs to taste.

7. Cut the cheese into cubes.

8. Add to the salad bowl.

9. Season to taste with salt and gently mix. You can add a handful of nuts or seeds. Just before serving, dress with oil or sour cream.
