Salad from boiled cabbage
Description
Minimum effort — excellent result. The salad can be prepared in advance and dressed with mayonnaise or sour cream just before serving. Keep in mind that shredded cabbage absorbs water, so it should be slightly squeezed before chopping to remove excess liquid from the salad. Serve best chilled, with fresh herbs. Can be served immediately.
