
Korean-style pumpkin salad

1. Peel the pumpkin, remove the core (with seeds), and cut the vegetable into strips. Generously salt and leave in a cold place overnight so the pumpkin releases its juice.

2. The next day, rinse the pumpkin with cold water and dry it with a towel.

3. Lightly sauté it in portions in a small amount of vegetable oil.

5. Slice the onion into half-rings, cut the carrot into strips. Add coriander, black pepper, and red pepper. Pour hot vegetable oil over the top to release the aroma of the spices. Add garlic with herbs, honey, soy sauce, and sesame.
