Cottage cheese salad
Description
A simple dish to prepare. The taste of any dish directly depends on the quality of the ingredients. The salad mix should be crisp and well dried. The cottage cheese should be fresh and tasty. If you don't like the tanginess of cottage cheese, use ricotta instead. One more tip—use ingredients straight from the refrigerator; a cool salad is wonderfully refreshing in hot weather. Serve chilled.
