Avocado and cheese salad
Description
Minimum effort — excellent result. The taste of the finished dish seemed very original, light, and refreshing to me. Avocado goes perfectly with many vegetables, dairy products, and seafood. I dressed the salad with olive oil and soy sauce, but you can use a different dressing, for example, one made with orange, lemon, and aromatic herbs. Can be served immediately.
