
Salad with pork heart and cucumber
Description
The salad is quick and easy to prepare. Making the salad with pork heart and cucumbers is simple. The only time-consuming part is boiling the heart, but you can do this in advance. At the end of cooking, add a little salt, bay leaf, onion, and spices to the water in which you are boiling the heart. Otherwise, everything is fast and easy. The salad is ready to serve.

Prepare the ingredients for making the salad.

Boil the heart. To do this, rinse it, remove the fat, blood vessels, and blood clots. Place it in a pot, cover with water, and let it stand for 30 minutes. Then drain this water and add fresh water. Put the pot on the stove, bring to a boil, skim off the foam, and simmer over low heat for 1.5 to 2 hours. Change the water in the pot every 35–40 minutes.
