Pork salad
Description
A few years ago, there was a widespread craze for Chinese cuisine. I was no exception—I tried many dishes from Asian and Chinese cuisines. This salad is one of those dishes I still prepare today. Not every man might like it, but women will absolutely love it—I guarantee it.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Cut the pork into thin strips.
- 2
Step 2

Place the sliced meat in a bowl and pour teriyaki sauce over it. Mix well and set aside for now to marinate. Meanwhile, let's prepare the vegetables.
- 3
Step 3

For the salad, I prefer fresh pineapple, but you can also use canned—just make sure it's not in overly sweet syrup. Cut the pineapple into small pieces.
- 4
Step 4

Peel the carrot and thinly slice it with a vegetable peeler or grate it on a Korean carrot shredder.
- 5
Step 5

Cut the fresh cucumber into julienne strips, but not too thin—otherwise all the juice will drain from the cucumber.
- 6
Step 6

Heat the pan well with vegetable oil and fry half of the marinated meat, stirring. Then fry the remaining meat. Each batch takes about 3 minutes to cook.
- 7
Step 7

Prepare the salad dressing by mixing vinegar, vegetable oil, soy sauce, and finely grated ginger.
- 8
Step 8

Tear the lettuce leaves into small pieces by hand. Add all the prepared vegetables and fried meat to the lettuce, then pour the sauce over the top. Sprinkle with chopped nuts and mix well.
