Beet salad with cheese and egg

Description
The recipe won't take much time. Here's a great way to serve it at the table.

Step 1
1. Put the eggs on to boil hard. Peel the beetroot and grate it. Spread it evenly on a serving plate. Sprinkle with a little salt.

2. Grate the cheese on a grater and place it on top of the beets.

3. Cool the eggs, peel, and slice (chicken eggs into quarters, quail eggs in half). Arrange on a plate around the edges.

4. Mix the sour cream with mustard and stir. Add salt to taste and chopped herbs. You can also add a couple of garlic cloves for extra flavor. Spread the dressing over the salad. The beet salad with cheese and egg is ready to serve.
