Beet salad with cucumbers

Description
Perfect for everyday meals. Wash a small beet, peel it, and grate on a grater. Grate a pickled cucumber on a coarse grater and mix with the grated beet. Finely chop garlic, add to the grated vegetables. Mix the salad with mayonnaise and season with salt. Garnish as desired and serve.
