Beet and bean salad

Description
The recipe won't take much time. Pay attention to additional salting of the salad. Since it contains pickled cucumbers and "Sirtaki" cheese, it already has salt, so it's better to add extra salt at the very end of preparation. Serve at the table.

Prepare the necessary ingredients.

Make the dressing. In a bowl, mix the oil, cheese, mustard, and lemon juice. Stir well.

Dice the peeled beet into medium cubes and transfer to a salad bowl.

Add to the beets diced cucumbers and beans. Drain the liquid from the canned beans beforehand.

Add the dressing. Don't rush to add salt!

Mix, taste. If necessary, add salt.
