Beet salad (simple but delicious)
Description
The recipe won't take much time. We'll prepare two beet salad options at once! One has a delicate flavor and deliciously smells of garlic. The second one is dressed with lemon juice and olive oil. For those who didn't know: to cook beets properly, drop them into already boiling water—this makes them tastier and juicier. Try both versions and share which one you liked more. Serve and enjoy!
