Beet salad without mayonnaise

First of all, to prepare this salad, you'll need to make the dressing. To do this, mix vegetable oil, whole grain mustard, and pepper in a small separate bowl. Stir thoroughly.

Wash the beetroot and boil until tender. Then peel it with a knife and slice into wedges or half-rings. Place in a bowl, add mustard-oil dressing, and mix well.
