Cucumber salad
Description
You might be surprised by the overly simple way of preparing this fresh cucumber salad, but don't be—this actually turns out to be a very tasty and interesting salad. These cucumbers can be used as an appetizer, side dish, or even as a light standalone meal. Fresh cucumber salad pairs wonderfully with a wide variety of dishes, and it's delicious even on its own. Personally, I usually eat it plain, without even bread. In summer, during hot weather, this fresh cucumber salad is the perfect snack throughout the day. The recipe for this fresh cucumber salad is a bit unusual, but I still recommend trying it for the sake of curiosity—I'm sure you'll like it. And if the idea of using marinade doesn't appeal to you, you can prepare it without it, simply dressing with vinegar instead. Though, of course, that would be quite a different salad :)
