Celery stalk salad
Description
Minimum effort — excellent result. I used seedless grapes; mine were red. If you have green ones, such askishmish, you can use those. For dressing the salad, don't use mayonnaise—better substitute it with sour cream or low-fat yogurt. The salad is light, tasty, and diet-friendly, perfect as a snack. Can be served immediately.
