Salad with sausages and eggs

A simple dish to prepare. I think sausages and a couple of eggs can be found in everyone's fridge—at least, I almost always have these ingredients on hand. So why not make a homemade sausage and egg salad? Don't be fooled by the modest list of ingredients, as this salad turns out to be very tasty and quite filling. We'll also add a bit of cucumber for freshness and dress everything with mayonnaise. Trust me, once you try this seemingly simple dish, you'll realize this sausage and egg salad recipe can even be served at festive meals. Serve chilled.

We'll start the preparation by rinsing and dicing a fresh cucumber, then placing it into a bowl.
