Avocado and Sweet Pepper Salad
Description
The salad is quick and easy to prepare. Personally, I like the bell pepper and avocado salad not so much for its taste (in terms of flavor, it's essentially just an ordinary fresh vegetable salad—nothing more, nothing less) but rather for its appearance. Thanks to the original cutting technique, the bell pepper salad can become a decoration even for a festive table, despite all the ingredients being quite common. The salad is not only tasty and beautiful, but also healthy. Just one note—if you have diabetes, it's better to leave honey out of the ingredients. Everything else remains unchanged. Avocado, peppers—these are not only safe but actually recommended for diabetics. I hope you'll enjoy this recipe. Good luck! :) The salad is ready to serve.
