Mackerel salad with rice
Description
A simple dish to prepare. Mackerel salad with rice is a delicious and easy-to-make appetizer that can save the day in unexpected situations. All you need is one can of canned fish, which you might have in the fridge just in case, to quickly prepare a tasty and nutritious salad when guests arrive unannounced. When choosing canned goods, be careful—check the expiration date and the condition of the can. It should not have dents, leaks, dark spots, or defects on the sealing seam; the lid and bottom of the can should be flat and definitely not bulging. Serve chilled.
