Mackerel salad
Description
The most important thing in this salad is the delicious salted mackerel—prepare it yourself, just as I did, and then you'll be confident in the result! Boil the potatoes in advance. Dill and young garlic are the perfect herbs; you can buy the garlic greens or grow them on your windowsill—garlic cloves grow quickly indoors during winter, or you can substitute with green onions.
