Sprat salad
Description
Perfect for an everyday table. Sprats go well with boiled or raw vegetables. I especially like their combination with Korean-style carrots, which is why this salad is so popular in my family. The salad is layered, with each layer coated with mayonnaise. I slightly modified the original recipe by using marinated onions. Garnish as desired and serve.
