Spinach salad with goat cheese

Description
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C. 2. Cut the goat cheese into 4 slices, slightly thicker than one centimeter. 3. Place the cheese with nuts and bake for 5 minutes. 4. Toss spinach with orange pieces in Wild Thymes sauce and arrange on a plate. 5. Top with slices of goat cheese.
