Peach and Sorrel Salad
Description
The recipe won't take much time. The combination of slightly tart greens, salty cheese, and sweet peaches turned out to be far more harmonious than one might imagine :) Indeed, the sorrel and peach salad, despite its seemingly odd name, turned out delicious and successful. I wouldn't say it has firmly entered my list of signature dishes, but this original combination is definitely worth remembering :) Serve it at the table.
