
Sorrel Salad
Description
The recipe won't take much time. I think for most of you, sorrel salad will be a revelation. We're used to making soups from it, or at worst, just munching a few leaves. But a salad made from young sorrel is incredibly tasty and healthy. You can't even imagine how delicious this salad is as a side dish for meat! I found out, serve it at the table.

1. Prepare plenty of greens for the salad, besides sorrel. Choose the ones you like the taste of. Try my version: sorrel with dill and Swiss chard. You will also need a pinch of salt, ground black pepper, and one teaspoon of olive oil.

2. Place all the greens in a large bowl with cold water, wash thoroughly under running water, rinse, and drain in a colander to remove excess water.

3. Chop all the herbs, including sorrel, not too finely.

4. Place the chopped sorrel, dill, and chard into a deep salad bowl, add a pinch of salt and pepper, and dress with olive oil. The salad is ready! It should be served only freshly prepared.
