Salad with heart, carrots, and onions
Description
Minimum effort — excellent result. I would call this salad option lighter and more summery compared to the version with mushrooms. The pickles add a piquant flavor to the salad; by the way, you can also use any marinated cucumbers. I really like the salad dressing with Dijon mustard—it makes the salad's taste more interesting. Ready to serve immediately.

Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Peel and rinse the carrots and onions. I boiled the heart in advance—using the "Simmer" mode in a multicooker for 2.5 hours.

Step 2

Grate the carrot on a Korean-style carrot shredder, slice the onion into half-rings or quarter-rings. Sauté the onion with the carrot in a frying pan coated with vegetable oil until soft.
