Celery and tangerine salad
Description
Perfect for everyday meals. If you prefer salads with mayonnaise or another sauce, you can use it instead of olive oil. Celery goes very well with dill or parsley. Add any herbs and spices to taste. Garnish as desired and serve.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Prepare the listed ingredients. Choose sweet and tasty tangerines.
- 2
Step 2

Separate the spinach by hand, wash each leaf. Shake off excess moisture and trim the stems. Cut into strips and place them on a plate. This will be the base of the salad.
- 3
Step 3

Peel the tangerine and remove the white fibers. Separate into segments and place over the chopped spinach. If you dislike the transparent membranes on the segments, remove those as well.
- 4
Step 4

Rinse the celery stalks and cut them into small pieces. Place on a plate.
- 5
Step 5

Slice a quarter of a red onion into rounds or thin half-rings. Place on the salad.
- 6
Step 6

Salt and pepper the dish, drizzle with vegetable oil, and serve.
