Fish salad with carrots
Description
A simple dish to prepare. You can use any fish; in our case, we'll use the most common option—hake. Cooked hake is flaked into pieces, then mixed with carrots and fresh herbs. For dressing, use mayonnaise. Add a clove of garlic for a piquant flavor. We use raw carrots, but they can also be boiled or sautéed. Give it a try. Serve chilled.
